Both pictures are to be rated on different factors. (Yes this means you judge BOTH of them) The pics are given from 0-5 points in the following Areas (Just put a number rating for each red bullet) :

Use of Shade/Tint or/and color
Is shade/tint used effectively?
Is there a diverse range of colors/shadows?
Are these techniques appealing?

Does it look like the original character?
Does it keep true to the artist's original idea?
Is the character acting "In character"?
Does it look like who is being drawn?

Is it neat?
Is the work done neatly or sloppily?
Is the color kept within the lines?

Is the art well romposed?
Does it use most of the background?
Does the art flow with the background?
Are there multiple subjects?

Does the main focus of the picture stand out?
